That work is guided by Lauren, whose background combines practical coaching experience with formal training and continuing education. She holds certifications as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), and NASM Sports Nutrition Coach (SNC), along with advanced study in Maternal and Infant Nutrition and Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness. This foundation allows her to support clients through different life stages with a thoughtful, individualized approach that prioritizes long-term habits and sustainable progress.
